You do not mention which Phaser you are using but please look at the solution for using PrintBack, an app for printing from your tablet to the Phaser.Īlso take a look at the How to Obtain Support for apps solution. To turn it completely off you can check with your technician to see if they can turn it off. In the Support page search on energy saver and you will find the instructions. The energy saver can be modified on most machine but can not be turned off by the operator. You do not mention which machine you are using so I can not direct you to exact steps. If the problem continues please consider contacting your local support centre. I can make copies but not send from my computer, it said not printer is available. If the printer continues to not wake when data is sent then consider posting on the Xerox Community Support Forum or contacting your local support centre for additional assistance.
